# Seed round

Funds have been secured by PuDu from various DAOs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), ensuring a seamless launch.

PuDu has raised 100,000 USDC for 50% of the total supply.

Funds will be used as followed: 

* 90,000 USDC will fund the initial liquidity.
* 10,000 USDC will be used for marketing.

* Starting FDV: $200,000
* Vesting : 33% TGE and linear unlock for one month.
